Development in Unreal Engine

[pnt-04]

We build your project inside Unreal Engine, tailored to the format and purpose. It can include
realistic architectural animation, interactive walkthrough or VR tour
and full-featured configurator with customizable materials, furniture, lighting, and more

Our Work Process

[sctn-03]
[stg-01]

Initial meeting and project discussion

We start with a conversation: clarifying the goals, format and final deliverables. Whether it’s animation, an interactive tour, a configurator, or a multi-format project — we define the pipeline structure based on your requirements.
[stg-02]

Brief analysis and pipeline planning

After receiving your brief, we design a custom production process. An animated walkthrough and an interactive configurator require very different approaches. We define the key stages, tools and team composition in advance.
[stg-03]

3D modeling and scene setup

Geometry is usually created in 3ds Max, tailored for Unreal Engine requirements. The project is then transferred to UE for the main work: lighting, materials, cameras, animations and interactive elements (using Blueprints and C++ as needed).
[stg-04]

Development in Unreal Engine and approval rounds

We present intermediate results at every stage. Typically, 3–4 approval rounds are sufficient. If more iterations are needed we prepare an additional agreement. This ensures a transparent and flexible workflow.

Why Choose Us?
[dvntg-01]

Maximizing Unreal Engine’s potential for architecture

More
Our deep expertise in Unreal Engine allows us confidently deliver projects of any scale — from photorealistic animations and physics simulations (water, transport, lighting) to interactive tours and configurators across various platforms including VR. We don't just visualize — we create complete digital products with logic, storytelling, and interactivity.
[dvntg-02]

All-in-one engine for architecture

More
We operate as a full-cycle studio in Unreal Engine, handling everything from scene preparation to programming interactive features and optimizing for specific platforms. You receive not just a visual, but a functional tool for presentations, sales, or immersive experiences.
[dvntg-03]

Engineering mindset meets artistic vision

More
Each project combines the precision of architectural modeling with visual impact. We use best practices from the film industry — lighting, composition, animation — to deliver maximum engagement.
[dvntg-04]

Next-level technologies

More
We leverage the full potential of Unreal Engine 5: Blueprints, simulations, Niagara, custom plugins and in-house solutions. We work with C++, configure scenes for VR, and strike the best balance between quality and performance. Strategic focus and comprehensive approach.
[dvntg-05]

Strategic focus and comprehensive approach

More
We begin each project by understanding its purpose: who will use the visualization and how and where it will be deployed. This ensures we deliver not just visually impressive scenes but effective tools for architects, developers, designers and marketers.

FAQ

[sctn-07]
Your questions, answered
[qstn-01]

What do I need to start a project in Unreal Engine?

More

Reach out via any convenient channel and fill out a short brief. Share all available project data: drawings, references, 3D models (if any), and a description of functionality or expected results. We'll then discuss details, timelines, format, and pricing — and once confirmed, assemble the team and begin work.

[qstn-02]

How is an architectural scene in Unreal Engine different from standard 3D visualization?

More

The key difference is real-time performance. Unlike traditional 3D rendering where each frame takes time to render, Unreal Engine displays everything instantly — lighting, materials, textures — which speeds up approvals and simplifies animation and interactivity. Changes can be made on the fly without re-rendering.

[qstn-03]

How much does a project in Unreal Engine cost?

More

Pricing depends on the task — whether it's an animation, tour, or full configurator. Scope, complexity, deadlines, and available materials also affect the price. Contact us for a detailed estimate tailored to your project.

[qstn-04]

Who is involved in the project team?

More

We tailor the team to your project’s needs. For tours, configurators, or animations, we may involve 3D modelers, Unreal Engine specialists, programmers, technical artists, and video editors (if needed). We ensure both the visual and functional quality of the product.

[qstn-05]

Can you create a VR tour using Unreal Engine?

More

Absolutely — we build fully immersive VR tours. Unreal Engine is ideal for this, offering photorealistic environments, real-time interaction, and compatibility with various VR devices. It’s perfect for presentations, spatial demonstrations, and pre-construction decisions.

[qstn-06]

Can you adapt an existing 3D model for Unreal Engine?

More

Yes, we can adapt any 3D model — whether made in SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, ArchiCAD, etc. We’ll import it, refine it if needed, and prepare it for stable performance in UE.
